Only one carspace is provided per unit on the property (some undercover).. Any additional cars have to be parked on Hilton Tce or in Mill St.
Check in- time is after 2.00 pm - check out is by 10.00 am.
Complimentary starter pack of tea,coffee,sugar, dishwashing liquid, powder,toilet paper etc are provided for arrival only and are not replenished during your stay.
Facilities provided are pool and spa (not heated during summer months), gas bbq and private jetty . We also provide (during reception office hours) free use of : kayaks, fishing rods and adult size bicycles. (for adults only).
Extra person charge is $30 per night.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to add an extra person to some of our units due to strict fire regulations, you must disclose number of persons including children and infants when making your booking to ensure you are able to stay in the unit type/size you have booked.
All units have kitchens which include microwave,stove, full size fridge, crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc, all units have dishwashers.
A guest laundry is available with washing machines and dryer, clotheslines and pegs available also. Each unit has an iron and ironing board.
Linen (including towels) is provided on arrival, if your stay is 7 days then towels will be changed on 4th morning, if 10nts or longer, bed linen /towels are changed halfway through your stay. Please bring beach towels for pool/beach use.
Office hours are 8.30 to 5.30 mon-fri, 9.00 to 5.00 Sat. 9.00 am to 2.00pm Sun/Public holidays. Please advise if arriving after hours to arrange access to unit.

Riverview units are the only ones that have a view and a balcony/patio, standard units face back onto the property and Hilton Tce and are priced accordingly. The 4 bedroom Townhouse also has riverviews.
We promote a "NON SMOKING" environment for our guests, we are a non smoking property.
We do not allow any of the above, we are a family resort and there is to be no audible noise between the hours of 10pm and 7 am. We also do not allow unaccompanied guests under the age of 18.
If booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival - deposit will be refunded minus cancellation fee of $50 .
If booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date, deposit refunded only if unit is fully relet for same time for same value. (if postponing dates, then 14 days minimum notice required - or deposit is forfeited. In the case of a "no show "or if a booking is shortened on arrival - no refund (guest is liable for full payment of original booking ) .
If guest has booked incorrect dates or unit type - no refund. All refunds have a $50 - $100 cancellation charge.
THE REASON WE TAKE A DEPOSIT IS TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE COMING TO STAY FOR THOSE DATES FOR THAT AMOUNT, THIS MEANS THE UNIT IS TAKEN OUT OF THE RENTAL POOL AND HELD FOR YOU UNTIL YOU ARRIVE TO STAY AND PAY THE BALANCE. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.
When you have made your reservation, Cayman Quays will forward 2 emails to confirm your booking – one is confirmation and the other is FAQ’s. Please read these carefully as Cayman Quay's does not take responsibility or assume any liability for incorrect unit choice or incorrect dates indicated by guest. We do not allow pets of any kind to be bought onto the premises, this includes keeping them in your car !
